During the regular trading session, the stock remained in the red with a loss of 1.22% at $24.25. Following the announcement, XM stock saw an upsurge in the after-hours. Hence, the stock reached $27.12 at an after-hours volume of 235.68K shares on Wednesday.

XM’s Fourth Quarter Financials
In the fourth quarter of 2021, XM generated total revenue of $316.0 million, against $213.6 million in Q4 of 2020. Thus, marking year over year growth of 48%.

XM’s New Board Members
In addition, on Wednesday, the company also disclosed the appointment of Omar Johnson and Ritu Bhargava to its Board, effective immediately. With the addition of the new members, XM’s board of directors now consists of 11 directors in total.
Partnership with CLX Health
XM provides a software platform called Vaccination & Testing Manager. Through this solution, over 300 organizations (currently) manage Covid-19-related issues of their employees including vaccination documents and proof of exemption, etc.
On December 16, the company announced its partnership with a cloud-based solutions developer, CLX Health. According to the partnership, Qulatrics’ Vaccination & Testing Manager will be integrated with CLX’s TrustAssure platform. This will result in the verification of the documents uploaded on XM’s platform.
