FTK stock’ Update
JP3 Measurement has released AIDA, a ground-breaking new patent-pending application for its VeraxTM family of near-infrared real-time analyzers. The AIDA program, which stands for “Automated Interface Detection Algorithm,” detects interfaces in a liquid pipeline in a timely manner. The AIDA program can identify products such as refined fuels, crude, and NGLs with its powerful machine learning algorithms that identify interfaces in 60 seconds and can be quickly deployed on VeraxTM analyzers without the use of extra samples or chemometric modeling. This enables operators to rapidly and correctly cut batches, reduce the mixing of two different goods, and eliminate off-spec output that necessitates downgrades.
TengBeng Koid, JP3’s President commented,
Through the shipping of numerous products in a single pipeline, the AIDA application is a game-changer. Operators can dramatically minimize product downgrades and transmix by quickly identifying batch interfaces, resulting in higher profit margins. Reduced transmix implies less energy is required for transportation and reprocessing of transmix, lowering their carbon footprint and improving their ESG scorecard.
Moreover,
All JP3 VeraxTM analyzers are associated with the AIDA program. Hydrocarbon composition, vapor pressure, boiling temperature, flash point, API gravity, and other physical characteristics may all be measured in seconds using VeraxTM analyzers. VeraxTM analyzers feature no moving parts, consumables, or sample conditioning system, which means they last longer and cost less to maintain.
