ZI’s 2021 Financial Results
The company had revenue of $222.3 million in Q4 and $747.2 million in fiscal 2021. This shows a YOY growth of 59% and 57% respectively.
Moreover, ZI had adjusted operating income of $86.4 million and $306.6 million in Q4 and fiscal 2021, respectively.
Furthermore, the company reported a non-GAAP net income of $0.18 per diluted share in Q4 2021. The same was $0.57 per diluted share for fiscal 2021.
Future Outlook
The company expects GAAP revenue of $266-$228 million and $1.01-$1.02 billion for Q1 2022 and fiscal 2022, respectively.
Additionally, the expected non-GAAP net income per share is $0.14-$0.15 for Q1 and $0.71-$0.73 for fiscal 2022.
ZI’s MarketingOS Launch
On February 08, the company announced the launch of MarketingOS. MarketingOS is a new account-based marketing (ABM) platform that orients sales and marketing teams in a unified system. The unified system is powered by the company’s world-class business-to-business (B2B) data.
RevOS which is comprised of four platforms including the MarketingOS was also unveiled on February 08. The other three platforms of RevOS are SalesOS, OperationsOS, and RecruitingOS. RevOS is ZI’s modern operating system for revenue professionals.
Partnership with Google Cloud
On January 25, the company announced its strategic partnership with Google Cloud. This partnership will allow easy integration of ZI’s leading B2B data into Google BigQuery.
Through this data importation to Google Cloud, data and operations teams would be able to use data quickly and easily in their workflows. Thus, saving time, money, and resources for their sales and marketing teams.
