On June 22, 2021, at 10:00 AM (Toronto time), Monarca plans to hold its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders for the following purposes:
- Review of the ORAGF’s audited consolidated financial statements for the years ended November 30, 2020, and 2019 and the auditor’s report;
- The election of ORAGF’s directors;
- Re-appoint McGovern Hurley LLP, Chartered Accountants, as auditors of ORAGF and authorize the board to fix the compensation of its directors;
- Approve the new long-term incentive plan for ORAGF in compliance with TSX Venture Exchange policies; and
- To determine whether any further or other business should be brought before the meeting or any postponement or postponements thereof.
