Despite the positive unaudited fourth quarter and fiscal year 2020 financial results announced by Pinduoduo Inc. PDD also announced today that its founder Colin Huang will step back from the board of directors effective today to focus on the research in food and life sciences in order to devise long-term strategies for the Pinduoduo stock. Huang will not sell his shares for a further three years.
