HOPR is only about halfway through their Hop on Board program, but they wanted to provide the rest of the globe an update on the fast-expanding HOPR ecosystem.
Over the last few months, they’ve been in thorough discussions with cryptocurrency groups at every layer of the web3 stack on how to bring much-needed confidentiality to virtual currencies and web3.
Investment possibilities, subsidies, study, and construction cooperation, and other forms of collaboration are all examples of collaborative initiatives. They’ll be revealing more details about this partnership and cooperation in the coming weeks, and they’ve already revealed that they’ve secured over $1 million in grant money from a number of well-known web3 initiatives, including The Graph and Edge & Node, Ankr, and, Dusk Network, as well as at least three more to be announced soon!
Attempting to educate people on the significance of web3 values is an important element of the web3 development process. As a result, they’re ecstatic that so many of their conversations have culminated in filmed conversations and meetings with the various teams involved. They’ll be posting these every week as part of their new web3 Talks series. Interviews with Tornado Cash’s Roman Semenov will be featured in future episodes of this series. Sebastian, the company’s creator, also had a talk with Illia, the co-founder of NEAR Protocol, which will be featured in NEAR’s whiteboard series.
In January, they officially launched their D.E.R.P. tool, a substitute RPC provider that displays how much data today’s crypto facilities leak about you just by accessing them. Users do not need to perform a transaction to expose.
It’s not easy to convince people to pay attention to privacy issues, but it’s been amazing to see how quickly and eagerly team members understood the magnitude of the problem and decided to collaborate on solutions.

Not only huge projects are responding to the call to join HOPR. The ETH Denver online BUIDLathon is still going on till March 21st, and its Gitcoin bounty scheme has been attracting developers to construct the first decentralized applications on top of HOPR.
